She has worked in the people-development arena for nearly 20 years. Over the past seven years she has built her business into a centre of excellence for leadership, communications and confidence coaching and development with clients in Northern and Southern Ireland, Scotland and England.
Dancing Leopards Ltd was incorporated in 2007. We have worked with groups and individuals in a broad cross-section of sectors, including the police service of Northern Ireland, manufacturing, government departments, healthcare, education and professional services.
Trudy has a wide range of skills; her particular strengths are her ability to establish trust and connection with clients, ask powerful questions, assist clients to clarify their desired outcomes, develop their own solutions and assist in the delivery of desired behavioural and strategic objectives. She is particularly skilled in assisting the commissioning client to clarify their desired objectives for their investment, and is totally committed to full evaluation and achieving the best possible return on investment (ROI) and return on expectations (ROE).
An Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching, she is a Founding Member of the All Ireland Association for Coaching. Committed to the development of a professional, ethical coaching culture, she sits on the Steering Council of the AC in Ireland. She is a President of Holywood Chamber of Commerce and is an active member the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce. Trudy is also an associate member of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
Prior to becoming self-employed in 1991, Trudy has 25 years of business experience in various sectors; she started at a junior administration level with estate agents in Dublin, moving to a legal admin role New York in the late 70’s, followed by a long and successful career with Union Bank of Switzerland in London, Zurich and Frankfurt. Her latter roles involved developing client relationships, sales, team leadership and management.
